Furthermore included in this latest image release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying various parts of the property.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
